Design Master of Fine Arts

About us

The Master of Fine Arts in the Design Graduate Program is meant to be broad and interdisciplinary, in contrast to the necessary specialization of our undergraduate programs.  Graduate students are encouraged to explore emerging design issues, and to partner with other disciplines to propose innovative solutions.

The Design Graduate Program offers two complementary design-led and research-oriented areas of emphasis.  The two program tracks listed below lead to the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree:

  • Design Research and Development (DRD)
  • Digital Animation and Interactive Media (DAIM)
